We have multiple licensed Interior Designers on staff with studio founder Jeff Gaither as our most senior Interior Designer, Jeff offers more than 20 years of experience gained from high-end hospitality and resort projects. With this experience, we are more than familiar with the amount of work and attention full-service interior design deliverables require.

Aside from more traditional architectural / interior design and construction administration services, Studio 407 is proud to offer support in highly-specialized showset design and production. These design services are most often required in theme park, museum, zoological, or entertainment-based projects that emphasize other-worldly environments, visual storytelling, and extraordinary levels of detail.
We understand showset as the highly-themed elements of a project that exist separate from the base architecture to set the overall design tone and storytelling framework of the project. We are keenly aware of how - especially in complex themed entertainment projects - the lines between disciplines are often especially blurry, and definitions of what constitutes "showset" can vary dramatically across project type and client. No matter - if you have a need that exists beyond architecture, we very likely have the skillset to assist.
Because of our varied skillset and collective staff experience, Studio 407 is particularly well-equipped to coordinate between themed elements and the more traditional architectural and engineering components of a project. We are able to offer anything between full design packages and element by element renderings or visualizations in partnership with your project stakeholders, with the ultimate goal of providing self-referential and consistent documentation packages and 3D imagery.
